Penny for your thoughts?
Have you ever just been hungry all the time? It’s like no matter what you eat you’re still hungry for something else? I go through phases and I’m definitely in that phase right now. I feel like all I’ve been doing lately is eating…eating a whole variety of foods: foods full of vitamins, foods full of carbs, foods full of protein, foods full of minerals, foods full of everything except things that should be edible (ie processed foods. I knooooow….I’m terrible). What do you do when this happens?? It’s so not healthy and I need a solution! Usually I’ll just wait it out and eventually I’ll go back to normal eating habits but this is absurd. Thoughts? Suggestions? Anyone?

Oh! Sprouted kitchen is fab. I totally feel hungry a lot — mostly its boredom disguising itself as hunger.
